Products and Services

 

All of our items are made from wood (reclaimed wood, solid wood, plywood) and as with any natural product, wood can have significant colour variation from one piece to another. Any display products should be taken as indicative of the wood and finish; however, it is not possible to guarantee an exact colour match. Most of our items are stained, varnished, or oiled unless otherwise specified. It is a durable finish that doesn't compromise the natural beauty of the wood grain. Staining/oiling/varnishing also adds a greater level of protection and colour control; however, as the stain/oil/varnish is still applied to a natural surface, there will be some natural variation between pieces which only make them more unique and special.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products and services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. All items are subject to availability.

 

Wooden Product Care Instructions

 

The majority of our items are made from solid woods which may expand and shrink with differences in temperature and humidity. Take care not to place your wooden items next to radiators, direct sunlight or anywhere subject to excessive changes in temperature or moisture content. Any direct contact with liquids should be wiped away immediately before it had an opportunity to soak into the wood. To clean, simply wipe with a soft barely damp cloth.

 

The authenticity of Personal Information

 

You warrant that the Personal Information which you are required to provide when you contact us or make an order as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Information by using our contact page.
